WHAT HAPPENS FROM THE MOMENT WE BOOK?

After your request has been confirmed by email by Casa PRIMO, it is final. You will receive a written confirmation by email within a few days with the confirmation of the booked week or weeks and the invoice.
In the week before your stay, you will receive a message from Casa PRIMO containing the latest information regarding check-in and tips for during your stay. We ensure that a cold bottle of wine is ready on arrival and a simple breakfast for the next morning (if you arrive late).

HOW CAN WE BEST TRAVEL TO CASA PRIMO?

The best flight route is Ancona (1 hour drive). From Rome or Bologna, it is about 2,5 to 3 hour drive. Good alternatives are Florence and Pescara.
By car it is about 1600 KM (from Utrecht). We recommend traveling through Switzerland through the Gotthard tunnel. You do need a vignette for this. You pay toll in Italy just under €35,- for a single journey.

WHAT’S YOUR CANCELATION POLICY?

In case of cancellation by the tenant up to six weeks before the date of arrival, a 50% refund of the rental amount will take place. In case of cancellation within six weeks before the date of arrival, no refund will be made. We recommend that you take out cancellation and travel insurance.

WHAT’S YOUR CANCELATION POLICY IN CASE OF A NEGATIVE TRAVEL ADVISE FOR LE MARCHE?

If there is a negative travel advice due to Covid-19 in Le Marche (from the country of reservation) for the week of the stay, you can cancel free of charge at Casa PRIMO and the full amount will be refunded to the tenant.

WHICH BEACHES WOULD YOU RECOMMEND GOING TO?

ARE WE ALLOWED TO BRING PETS?

Unfortunately, that is not possible. Pets are not allowed in Casa PRIMO.

CAN WE BBQ AT CASA PRIMO?

Yes, that's possible. There is a BBQ available. You just have to provide coal yourself.

WHICH SITES ARE WORTH A VISIT IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD OF CASA PRIMO?

- Whether you like being active, strolling through old towns or tasting wine in the wineries of Le Marche, there is plenty to do within an hour's drive from Casa PRIMO. You can find some tips on the environment page.
- The Abbadia di Fiastra is in the immediate vicinity. This abbey is located in a nature reserve where you can walk, run, ride a horse and mountain bike. There is also a golfcourse.
- The Grotte di Frasassi are the largest cave systems in Europe and stunningly beautiful.
- Macerata, the university city and the capital of the province is worth a visit.
- The towns of Fermo, Loreto and Ascoli Piceno are worth a day trip. Ancient squares, cathedrals, streets to stroll through and good food of course. Just like Urbino but that is a further drive.
- If you like to go into the mountains, the Monti Sibilini are the best choice. Nice stops are the Lago di Fiastra for swimming and water sports. Or, for example, the renaissance villages of Sarnano and Amandola.
- You can take beautiful walks to Montemonaco, Monte Vettore and the piano Grande at Castellucio, where in June and July the beautiful flowers of the lentils bloom together with many other wildflowers, incredibly beautiful. Lame Rosse is a beautiful gorge, from Lago di Fiastra you walk over the dam into the mountains, through the forest and eventually you end up in the gorge with the beautiful red cut stone. Nice walk is also to the church in the mountains Eremo di San Leonardo al Volubrio.
- Above the ski slopes it is also beautiful walking, in the summer cooling and with beautiful views over the mountains, the typical hills of Le Marche and then the Adriatic Sea.
- Monte Conero on the coast also has 12 different signposted walks from Sirolo with beautiful views over the sea and on Le due sorella, two rocks off the coas
